3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement. If you wish to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel Services if payment terms are not met.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details and timely communication. You are responsible for all vendor payments unless stated otherwise in your agreement. We are not responsible for any third-party vendor failures or issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

We will perform Services with reasonable care; however, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, vendor issues, or venue restrictions. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Services.

6. Intellectual Property
